One of the first things many of us do when we’re trying to improve our health is resolve to eat better. Unfortunately, there’s so much confusing and conflicting information out there about food and nutrition, that we often end up feeling frustrated and overwhelmed. Paleo diet or Vegan? Low fat or low carb? I don’t believe that there is one perfect diet that is the answer for everyone – we must all find what makes us feel best.
